Welcome to Outer Boro Sports! By using our website, registering for leagues or events, or participating in our programs, you agree to the terms below.

1. Player Conduct

We are a community-first organization. We expect all players to:

• Respect referees, teammates, and opponents

• Follow the rules of play

• Prioritize safety and sportsmanship

Any behavior that is threatening, aggressive, or disruptive may result in removal from the league without a refund.

2. Eligibility

All players must be 18 or older unless otherwise specified. We welcome all skill levels and identities — Outer Boro is an inclusive space.

3. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless a league or event is canceled by us. If a player is injured or cannot participate, we’ll do our best to offer credit for future seasons — at our discretion.

4. Weather & Scheduling

Games may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather or field conditions. We will always try to notify players in advance via email or text.

5. Liability

By participating in our leagues or pickup games, you understand and agree that:

• You play at your own risk

• Outer Boro Sports and its staff are not liable for injuries, lost items, or weather disruptions

You may be asked to sign a waiver during registration.

6. Use of Images

Photos or videos taken during games or events may be used in Outer Boro promotions or on social media. Let us know if you prefer not to be included.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as needed. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.
